With new construction nearing completion, The Buccini/Pollin Group has rebranded the Concord Plaza office park at 3535 Silverside Road. Comcast has signed a 10-year lease and will move the majority of its Delaware workforce to a call center in 150,000 square feet of office space in Ogletown, the company announced Tuesday. The Buccini/Pollin Group wrapped up their work week with a double-scoop of delicious ice cream on Thursday afternoon.
