Steve Schroeder is serving as Real Estate Counsel and Senior Vice President of Development Management for Buccini/Pollin and works on acquisitions, dispositions, financing and development of our hospitality and residential real estate projects.

Steve has over 15 years of business and legal experience, including a tenure with America Online holding several positions in the Legal Department and a position as Vice President of Business Affairs and Development where he was responsible for structuring and negotiation of programming, advertising and e-commerce relationships.

Prior to AOL, Steve worked as an Associate for the Washington DC law firm of Arent Fox PLLC, representing a wide range of clients in complex commercial real estate transactions and corporate matters.

Steve graduated from the University of Virginia with a BS degree in Finance, and earned his legal degree from Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary. He is a member of the DC and Virginia Bars.
