BPG Residential Services LLC is the full service residential management and leasing company formed to compliment Buccini/Pollin's residential investment objectives. The company currently has 538 rental units in three projects, and is in the process of developing an additional four projects which will increase the portfolio by another 400 units. BPG Residential Services has the Marriott ExecuStay franchise in Northern Delaware and Southern Pennsylvania for which it has an additional 153 units.
