Joseph Bojanowski

Mr. Bojanowski comes to PMHS with over 18 years of management experience in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in food and beverage, rooms division operations, sales and marketing, openings and renovations. Mr. Bojanowski joined the company in 1997 after the opening of the first PMHS hotel. He has played a critical role in the rapid growth of the company, being instrumental in creating a performance driven work culture. Mr. Bojanowski has personally taken charge of opening each PMHS managed entity. Serving as an on-site General Manager, Vice President for New Hotel Openings and now Executive Vice President of Operations, Mr. Bojanowski has intimate knowledge of all markets in which PMHS hotels compete.

Prior to joining PMHS, Mr. Bojanowski worked with two of the industry's leading hotel companies, Doubletree Hotels and Winegardner Hammons. During those ten years, Joseph served on executive committees of resorts, conference centers, and full-service airport and university hotels. His work experiences embody a broad geographic area of the U.S. with assignments in the northeast, mid-west, and southeast markets along with the mid-Atlantic region.

A graduate of the University of Arizona with professional certifications from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration, Joseph directs the operation of PMHS’ award winning portfolio of hotels and corporate apartments working with Marriott, Hilton, Leading Hotels of the World and Choice Hotels franchise affiliates. As a past Director of the Delaware Hotel and Lodging Association, Mr. Bojanowski remains actively involved in numerous industry related associations and organizations.
