Mr. Lisicky is General Counsel for Buccini/Pollin and is responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the company’s business, including acquisitions, sales, land development, leasing and financing. He also supervises the company’s use of outside law firms.
Mr. Lisicky has represented Buccini/Pollin since its inception in 1993. Prior to joining the company in 2005, Mr. Lisicky practiced law at Morris James, LLP, a Wilmington-based law firm, where he was a partner in the firm’s real estate group representing a broad range of local, regional and national companies and institutions. He previously practiced law at Morgan Lewis in Philadelphia.
Mr. Lisicky received his undergraduate degree from Penn State University and a masters degree in land planning from the University of Massachusetts. He received his law degree, cum laude, from Temple University's Beasley School of Law, where he was Managing Editor of the Temple Law Review. Mr. Lisicky has been recognized in Chambers USA – America’s Leading Business Lawyers as one of the top real estate lawyers in Delaware. He was also cited in Delaware Today magazine as one of Delaware’s 75 Power Attorneys and is listed in National Register’s Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals.
