Mr. Gannett, Leasing Associate, began working with The Buccini/Pollin Group in January of 2007. Mr. Gannett works directly with Michael Turick, overseeing the leasing of Buccini/Pollin’s commercial properties in Delaware. Specifically, Mr. Gannett oversees Concord and Foulkstone Plazas, which encompass 850,000 square feet of commercial office space in the North Wilmington Market.

Prior to joining The Buccini/Pollin Group, Mr. Gannett was an Associate with The Binswanger Companies specializing in tenant and landlord representation in the Philadelphia suburban markets.

Mr. Gannett received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University.
