Mr. Kelley, Leasing Manager, began working with Buccini/Pollin in October of 2006. Mr. Kelley is responsible for the leasing and marketing of major projects in Delaware and Montgomery Counties. Mr. Kelley’s main focus is on The Wharf at Rivertown site which is a $400 million mixed use development and Baldwin Tower a 178,000 square foot 8 story office tower.

Prior to joining Buccini/Pollin, Mr. Kelley was a Vice President for The Binswanger Company specializing in landlord representation in the Philadelphia suburban markets.

Mr. Kelley attended LaSalle University in Philadelphia, PA.
